AudioThing released Glass, a sample library for NI Kontakt featuring all kinds of glass sounds and instruments. The library is available for €12 €9.95.
“Found in a flea market, buried inside a box full of dust and cutlery, this balloon wine Glass has a bright and crystalline tone and long sustain. Hits were sampled with fingers, a piano hammer, a metal stick, and palm of the hand. Additional sounds produced with wet fingers on the border, small screws thrown inside the goblet, and processed slowed down hits for the atmospheric pads.”

News: Dynamic Sound Sampling – Orchestral String Arpeggios

Dynamic Sound Sampling released Orchestral String Arpeggios, an arpeggio string library for NI Kontakt. The library is available for $129 USD.
“Orchestral String Arpeggios is the second product under Dynamic Sound Sampling’s “Orchestral String” line. The library consists of 58 violin (1st and 2nd) & viola 16th/8th triplet arpeggio loops. The library uses a pseudo-round-robin technique by having each round-robin change to a different start time in the loop, this way you can go between two arpeggios (or more) without it feeling like the same sample is being played each time. Because of this technique, you can also use the library to re-inforce other fast string lines to get more of a naturally played sound due to the samples starting in the middle of a line.”

News: Strezov-Sampling – Cornucopia Strings

Cornucopia is the “horn of plenty” (from Latin – cornu copiae) – a symbol of abundance and nourishment. We recorded and sampled a 20-piece string ensemble (6-5-4-3-2) which was made of the best string players in Bulgaria – all the leading players in Sofia Session Orchestra. Our intention was to create a sample library that has articulations that each composer will possibly need.

AudioThing released Bells for NI Kontakt. The library is available for 14€.
As the name suggests, Bells is a collection of samples derived from many different kinds of bells. After visiting Pontificia Fonderia Marinelli in Agnone, Italy – the largest bells company and one of the oldest family-owned businesses worldwide – we started collecting many different kinds of bells, including: an Agnone souvenir bell, three different cowbells, a hotel desk-bell, a Perko fog bell, and a classic school bell. All the bells are made from different materials such as bronze, brass, and iron, and we sampled them with different articulations and techniques to provide a wide range of sounds.
