AIR Music Tech Releases Fabric Vintage Synths Vol 2

AIR Music Technology has officially released Fabric Vintage Synths, Vol 2, a new virtual instrument collection that brings three classic analog polysynth sounds into modern production environments. The bundle includes Fabric Vintage Andromeda, Fabric Vintage CS, and Fabric Vintage Matrix, each reimagined through the AIR Advanced Multi-Sample Synthesis Fabric Engine.

Three Classic Synths, One Modern Engine

Each instrument captures the character of its hardware counterpart while offering the flexibility of a modern plugin. The Andromeda delivers massive sounds and evolving textures. The CS focuses on lush pads and expressive tones. The Matrix provides classic analog character with extensive modulation possibilities.

All three share a consistent interface and modulation architecture. This makes it easy to switch between them without relearning the workflow.

Key Features and Sound Design Tools

Fabric Vintage Synths, Vol 2 includes two main multi-sample oscillators, a virtual analog sub oscillator, and a noise generator. There are dedicated amp, filter, and pitch envelopes, plus independent LFOs for each oscillator and a global LFO for complex modulation.

The dynamic arpeggiator adds rhythmic complexity with repeat, ratchet, freeze, and randomization options. It is MPE compatible and supports assignable modulation sources.
