This plugin is ideal for those looking to eliminate unwanted noise and bleed from recordings, create rhythmic gating effects, apply gated reverb, or manage music and vocal ducking. Furthermore, it supports downward dynamic range expansion, making it a valuable tool for various audio production needs.

Smooth Attack and Release
E-NoiseGate600 utilizes exponential coefficients that allow for smooth attack and release envelope curves, providing more natural and musical results. Additionally, the plugin boasts two detection source modes: Main Input and Sidechain Input, which cater to different routing setups.

Lookahead Control and Gain Control
One of the standout features is the lookahead control, adjustable from 0 ms to 20 ms, which helps preserve transients during gating. Users can also manipulate the gain control, ranging from -30 dB to +30 dB, allowing for precise boosting or attenuation of the detection signal. E-NoiseGate600 offers three channel detection modes: Stereo, Left Only, and Right Only, giving users the flexibility needed for their specific applications.

Advanced Filtering Options
With adjustable high-pass (10 Hz–20 kHz) and low-pass (20 Hz–21 kHz) filters, users can sculpt the detection signal effectively, preventing unwanted frequencies from triggering the gate. The plugin also features two level detection modes: Peak for fast responses on drums and percussion, and RMS for smoother responses on sustained sounds. The RMS mode incorporates a window ranging from 1 ms to 1000 ms for controlled averaging time.

Flexible Gating Controls
Control the gating action with parameters like threshold (–80 dB to 0 dB), hysteresis (0 dB to 30 dB), hold (0 ms to 1000 ms), and range (-80 dB to 0 dB). The envelope can be shaped with smooth, exponential attack (1 ms to 1000 ms) and release (1 ms to 1500 ms) curves. The intuitive GUI includes a detection level meter with open and close threshold lines, a gain-reduction meter, and clear filter status indicators.

Additional Features
E-NoiseGate600 also comes equipped with a Filter Preview button for soloing detection filters, and an Invert/Duck button that alters the gate’s behavior for effective sidechain ducking. With advanced interpolation technology, users can enjoy slider automation and real-time adjustments without zipper noise, all while maintaining minimal CPU usage.
