Free Sampler instrument Bowed Cumbus – Samplephonics
Samplephonics has released the new free sampler instrument „Bowed Cumbus“ (Cümbüş Saz). The Turkish folk stringed instrument contains a metal resonator and sounds a little bit like a banjo, and could be bowed or plucked to create unusual experimental soundsxapes. The samples have been recorded in different velocities and articulations and are prepared for Halion, Reason NNXT, SFZ, Ableton Sampler, EXS24 (Logic) and MachFive.
