Digitron Synthesizer Now on iOS with AUv3 and PO Sync

SillyDevices has released Digitron Synthesizer for iPhone and iPad. The app previously gained over 80,000 downloads on Android. Now iOS users can explore this virtual analog and modular synthesizer.

Digitron on iOS

Digitron combines a virtual analog synth with modular-style patching. It also includes an 8-track sequencer inspired by Pocket Operator devices. The sequencer can sync with Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators, making it a compact addition to hardware setups. Moreover, the app is designed for quick experimentation, from simple patches to multi-track sequences.

Key Features

The app offers eight independent synth tracks with modular routing. It includes a 16-step sequencer with 16 patterns, pattern chaining, and per-step control over pitch, velocity, gate length, retrigger, and probability. Parameter Locks let you change synth parameters on each step individually. Furthermore, the interface is adapted for both iPhone and iPad, with an oscilloscope and haptic feedback on controls.
