8Dio Misfit Three String Diddley Bow is about life, personality and character: The essence of the 8Dio MISFIT sample collection for the Kontakt Sample Engine (VST/AU/AXX).

Stripping the best equipment, the state of the art studios, the best and most expensive instruments, the best musicians, only the soul is left, and that is exactly what we wanted to explore – A human, urban and unique product.

This video demonstrates our Misfit 3 Stringed Diddley Bow and Misfit Stomp Box.

The 3 Stringed Diddley Bow has been built from a metallic cookies box, a wooden stick and three guitar strings. Also, the neck of a bottle has been used for the slides in order to achieve a totally unique sound.

Our idea was to approach the roots of modern music, a raw and gritty touch with an aroma of the authentic old-style blues. We have included our 3.0 Chaos FX Engine, so out of the box, not only do you own a unique product, but also a product packed with effects that will give you unlimited possibilities to get the sound you’re looking for.

Stomp, stomp, stomp, that music! Stomp it hard, stomp it easy, up, down and even in the centre of the box, keep the rhythm goin’ on 2 and 4 and even on 1 and 3… What about 1, 2, 3, 4?
