Abyssal basses, shrill bells and roaring trumpets… when it comes to instrumentation, Trap isn’t squeamish and, in addition to synthetic alarm sounds and sirens, is also extremely fond of classical orchestras. So it’s already clear where the journey of our current expansion is heading. Look forward to a whopping 116 strings, cellos, double basses, marimbas, xylos and, of course, nasty 808 subs, for EDM, Trap, Grime and all styles that need massive symphonic sounds.

What can the Zampler//RX workstation do?
Zampler//RX is a free sample workstation for Windows and macOS that can easily compete with the big names in the industry in terms of sound and features. The plugin is available in the formats VST and AU and – in addition to REX loop and SFZ-capable sample oscillators – offers a multimode filter with low, high, bandpass and bandstop as well as various combinations of these to choose from.
Three LFOs, three ADSR envelopes and a complex modulation matrix bring life to the sounds. The range of functions is rounded off by an extensive effects section in which tube saturation, two equalisers, phaser, chorus, delay and reverb refine every sound. Thanks to the step sequencer, particularly complex, full and lively sounds are no problem for the Zampler.
