TBProAudio and Gearspace.com are proud to announce GSat+, a brand-new high-end saturation plug-in for your digital audio workstation which will be made available for FREE to the Gearspace.com community and beyond from today.
GSat+ is derived from the saturation module on the TBProAudio CS5501V2 channel strip plug-in, but adds extra features requested and suggested by the Gearspace.com team. It has several different saturation modes, high tweakability, oversampling, old-school VU meters and cross-platform software compatibility – as well as a button to take you directly to Gearspace.com in case you need any tips, tricks or inspiration or want to swap presets with other users.
“The GS community has been around for nearly 20 years and to celebrate and thank them for their support we wanted to offer something cool and interesting to give back,” says Jules Standen, Gearspace.com founder. “With GSat+, the guys at TBProAudio nailed it – the GS admin team has been using it throughout beta and they love it, it’s easy to use and it sounds great.”
Says Thomas, lead developer at TBProAudio – “We were thrilled when Gearspace.com pitched this to us – there is arguably no tougher crowd than GS but we love a challenge and we think we’ve managed to do this justice. We hope the community enjoys using GSat+ as much as we’ve had fun making it and we can’t wait to hear the mixes they make with it”.
GSat+ is available now as a free download from TBProAudio.de – it supports VST and AAX formats on Mac & Windows PCs and additionally AU on MacOS/OSX.
