HEX Row is a desktop stereo analog filter FX unit by HEX Haus, expanding their line of small music creation tools. Each channel of the Row features gain, frequency, and resonance controls, allowing for versatile sound shaping. The side-mounted switch enables easy selection between lowpass and bandpass modes, enhancing flexibility in filtering.

The center sidechain knob filters the left channel’s post-gain signal, feeding it into an envelope follower for dynamic control. This setup enables ducking and gating responses, adding depth to your sound design. HEX Row offers three signal path topologies: feedback, serial for twin peak and auto-filtering effects, and parallel for stereo filtering.

Noteworthy is the integrated touch pad that allows manual routing of audio and control voltages, providing tactile control over signal flow. Additionally, the 5-pin header system facilitates both internal signal path adjustments and external device connectivity, expanding the unit’s versatility.
