Rigid Audio has announced that Synferno – now for free

Rigid Audio has announced that Synferno – an electronic and cinematic trailer scoring instrument for Kontakt 5.8.1 is now free. Synferno is a loop based Kontakt instrument that comes with 350 preset “kits” that can be played in tandem across four categories (Bass, Synth, Ambient and Groove).

These kits are built around the included 1300 24-bit WAV loops (unencrypted).
Up to four loops per kit can be played simultaneously and polyphonically timestretched within a range of two octaves each.

You can also play loops sliced as well. Each loop has its own color-coded range on the keyboard.

Synferno comes with a built-in mixing and effects page, as well as a dedicated sequencer page for “spicing up” the preset kits. If that’s not enough, you can use the randomization feature to generate new kits to play with easily.

Synferno requires the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1 or better and can be downloaded from the Rigid Audio website.
