Audiofier Releases Micron Strigor & Cineloops Extreme for Kontakt
Audiofier has expanded its catalogue of cinematic Kontakt instruments with two new releases: Micron Strigor and Cineloops Extreme. Both instruments are priced at $29 and require the full version of Kontakt to run.
Micron Strigor: Environmental Textures Meets Synthesis
Micron Strigor takes an unconventional approach to its source material. The instrument combines environmental noises, insects and critters, organic foley, and other environmental textures with raw analogue synth waves, simple waveforms, and oscillators. As a result, it produces sounds that sit somewhere between the organic and the synthetic.
The developers designed the instrument for cinematic work, science fiction, documentaries, and biology or science-related content.
