Equinox integrates two legendary algorithmic reverb engines, providing users with a versatile range of reverb textures. It supports popular surround and Atmos/immersive audio formats, making it suitable for film, TV, and music production. One of its standout innovations is iZotope’s adaptive unmasking technology, an industry first for surround and immersive formats, which helps maintain crystal-clear mixes by preventing frequency masking between instruments and dialogue.

Users can explore over 1250 professional presets, spanning realistic to experimental reverbs, with an enhanced browsing system that allows quick searching and preset curation. The plugin offers both detailed advanced controls and broad global tone settings, enabling precise customization or fast adjustments depending on the workflow needs.

For post-production, Equinox’s natural reverb engine (Stratus) is ideal for placing dialogue and sound effects within scenes, while the character reverb engine (Symphony) supports creative sound design.
